About Advanced 3D Printing
A working print shop that publishes its homework
Advanced 3D Printing LLC is two things at once: a print shop that runs machines every day, and a supply store stocked with the filaments and parts we actually print with. Everything on this site comes out of that loop — we use it, we test it, we sell it, and we write down what happened.
What we sell
Filaments we run in-house (CarbonX, 3DxTech, Polymaker, Panchroma and more), plus the hardware our machines depend on: nozzles and hotends, motion-control and servo components, CoreXY parts, and Klipper-ready electronics. If a product is in the store, there is a good chance it has already been through one of our printers.
The blog: field notes, not marketing
We buy the hardware, run the tests on our own machines, and publish what actually happened — including the products that died. That means real measurements: pressure advance tuning, print troubleshooting by defect marks, Klipper flashing guides, a collection of 53 real 3D-printing quotes, and troubleshooting guides built from flaws we see on our own shop floor.
Free tools we built
- Pressure Advance Calibrator — tune PA on Klipper, Marlin, or Duet
- Flow Rate Calculator — get your extrusion multiplier from a wall measurement
- Klipper Config Helper — expert eyes on your printer.cfg
- Filament Picker — match material to the job
Print work
We print for customers too — one-off prototypes and production runs. Bring us the part, or bring us the print that failed somewhere else; the contact page goes straight to the shop. Commercial clients can request access to the client portal.
If the guides and tools have saved you time, you can support the shop — it is what keeps the tests running.
