Your printer won't home, the extruder skips, the bed mesh looks like a mountain range, and the Klipper log is a wall of red. You've read the docs twice. The config file still isn't right. That's the job we do every day here — and now you can hand it to us.
We run measured Klipper work full-time: a documented servo-tuning project with month-long guarded tuning campaigns, published tuning guides, and free tools like our Pressure Advance Calibrator and Flow Rate Calculator. When we tell you what to change in your config, it's because we tested it — not because a forum post said so.

The AI helper — free first pass
Alongside the human service we run a Klipper-trained AI helper, powered by our own local inference hardware. Ask it Klipper config questions for free (a few per day). It's a good first pass — but it can't see your machine. When you want a human who reads every line and stands behind the result, that's the tiers above.
- Free: a few questions a day, no account needed.
- Unlimited + config upload: included for supporters (see below) and available as a paid add-on — pricing being finalized.
- Honesty note: the AI flags safety-critical sections (heaters, steppers, currents) and tells you to verify before applying. So do we, in writing.

- You get the deliverables by email: annotated review (Check), or the corrected config + change log (Fix), or the session + deliverables (Remote Session).
What we need from you
- Your
printer.cfg(plus any files it[include]s or macro files it references) - Printer model / kinematics; MCU board(s) and toolhead board if you know them
- Your Klipper version (run
CHECK_FIRMWARE, or read it off the Mainsail header) - Symptoms in plain words: what happens, when it started, what you already tried
- For Remote Session: which screen-share tool works for you (we'll confirm when scheduling)
klippy.log helps a lot too (Mainsail → Machine → Logs) — attach it if you can.

FAQ
Which tier should I pick?
If your printer mostly works but specific things misbehave → Config Check. If you want a corrected file you can trust end-to-end, or you've been round the houses with forum advice → Config Fix. If you'd rather have someone drive while you watch → Remote Session (it includes the Fix deliverables).
What if your fix doesn't fix it?
Config Fix includes one follow-up round: apply the config, tell us what happened, and we verify or correct again. If the problem turns out to be hardware (not config), we tell you that plainly — and say what to test next.
Do you need remote access to my printer?
No for Check and Fix — everything is done from the files you send. For a Remote Session, screen-share only; you keep hands on your machine at all times and we never ask for credentials.
Is my config file private?
Yes. Your config is used to help you and nothing else. We don't publish, share, or reuse customer configs.
What about Marlin/Duet configs?
The service is Klipper-focused. If your problem is really a Klipper migration from Marlin, that's fine — migrations are a common case. Duet/RepRapFirmware is out of scope for now.
Refunds?
If we can't find anything wrong with your config (rare, but it happens), Config Check is refunded. Remote Sessions that can't be scheduled within 5 business days are refunded on request.
