Fiberon™ PPS-CF10 is a carbon fiber reinforced (10%) PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) filament with minimal warping during printing and no need for a heated chamber. With exceptional mechanical strength, high heat resistance, chemical resistance, V-0 flame retardancy and moisture insensitivity, it is specifically designed for professionals operating in extreme conditions.

Printing temperature: 310°C – 350°C
Build plate temperature: 80°C – 90°C
Chamber temperature: room temperature
Printing speed: up to 300 mm/s
Cooling fan: OFF
Direct drive retraction: 3 mm / 40 mm/s — indirect drive: 6 mm / 60 mm/s
Drying (only if the material has absorbed moisture): regular oven 100°C for 10 h, or PolyDryer™ Level 3 for 18 h
You'll want a hardened nozzle for this — glass and carbon fibers eat brass nozzles. The copper-core CHT-style nozzle below also keeps flow up on high-temp materials. Nylon drinks moisture out of the air — print it from a drybox or dry it first, or you'll print bubbles and stringing no matter how good your tuning is.
