PolySmooth™ is a unique, easy-to-print filament designed for hands-free post processing. The surface can be smoothed with alcohol vapor to achieve layer-free models with a glossy, professional-quality finish.

Print Settings

• Nozzle temperature: 190°C – 220°C
• Bed temperature: 25°C – 70°C
• Bed surface: glass with glue, blue tape
• Printing speed: 30 mm/s – 60 mm/s
• Cooling fan: ON
• Direct drive retraction: 1 mm / 20 mm/s — indirect drive: 3 mm / 40 mm/s
• Drying (only if the material has absorbed moisture): 50°C for 12 h

Printing Requirements

• None! This will print great on any stock 3D printer — just print slower on stock, older style printers.
