PolySonic™ PLA is a high-speed 3D printing filament: print speeds up to 300 mm/s while retaining up to 90% of its mechanical properties compared to standard speeds. Excellent layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy mean you can accelerate your workflow without compromising on strength or quality.

Print Settings

• Printing temperature — Classic: 190°C – 230°C; High Speed: 210°C – 230°C
• Printing speed — Classic: 50 mm/s – 100 mm/s; High Speed: 100 mm/s – 300 mm/s
• Bed temperature: 25°C – 60°C
• Part cooling fan: ON
• Direct drive retraction: 1 mm / 20 mm/s — indirect drive: 3 mm / 40 mm/s
• Drying (only if the material has absorbed moisture): 55°C for 6 h

Printing Requirements

• None! Will print great on any stock FDM 3D printer without any upgrades required — print slower on stock, older style printers.
